We are at a point with CMT where we have something - something very special - and we’re looking to move forward. What that looks like, we don’t know yet, so we’re inviting all participants in CMT presentations to join us for 24 hours of silence, which will include some questions for us all. We call this silent retreat-in-place a Group Learning. Since an explicit part of CMT is the “Together” part, we would like to hear from everyone who would want to be part of the process of moving CMT forward.

Craig puts it this way: it’s one thing to ask “Where am I?” and “What is my aim?” but it’s another thing to ask “Where are we?” and “What is our aim?.” There is something else available if we can do this as a group.

Each of us commits to silence in between as we are able.
