24 Hours of Silence and the Body
“The body is in present time; our thoughts wander."
Our wish is for 24 hours to ground our practice in the body: in our own physical bodies as well as in the body of the group. Sitting practice, biotensegrity curriculum, circulations and other studies will link us to heightened sensory awareness, group rhythm (Zoom latency forgiven), and joy. Come home to the music in you and to the music in us this weekend.
