Aim: to begin practicing Reports (again).
What: We will be sharing moments from our lives following Frank Sheldon’s Reports format from his book Becoming a Witness to Your Own Experience.
Who: Those looking to establish and/or deepen a practice of silence, including musicians, artists, professionals, laborers, home-makers. Families are encouraged to participate together.
Participants commit to:
Attend five Zoom meetings.
Perform exercises as able.
Keep silence as you are able for twenty four hours between Zoom meetings.
Strong suggestions:
Complete abstention from email, news, and social media.

17:30 Introductory meeting.
21:00 One round of Reports.
Saturday, April 29th
9:00 Guided sitting.
12:00 One round of Reports.
16:30 Final round of Reports.
About 17:30 Completion.
